Managing Your Hosting Services
The Services page shows all your active hosting services, including shared hosting, VPS servers, reseller hosting, and more.
Viewing Your Services
To view your services:
- Click "Services" in the navigation menu
- You'll see a list of all your active services
- Each service shows key information at a glance
Service Information
For each service, you can see:
- Service Name: The type of hosting service
- Product: The specific product/plan name
- Status: Active, Suspended, Pending, or Cancelled
- Order Number: Reference to your original order
- Next Due Date: When your next payment is due
- Billing Cycle: Monthly, Yearly, or One-time
Service Actions
Depending on your service type, you may have access to:
- Manage: Access service-specific management tools
- View Details: See full service information
- Upgrade/Downgrade: Change your service plan
VPS Server Management
If you have a VPS server, you can:
- View server resources (CPU, RAM, Storage, Bandwidth)
- Reboot your server
- View server status
- Manage backups
- Access server credentials
Service Statuses
Understanding service statuses:
- Active: Service is running normally
- Pending: Service is being set up
- Suspended: Service is temporarily disabled (usually due to non-payment)
- Cancelled: Service has been cancelled
